Within this timeframe, the product may be returned to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. To arrange a return, please send us your name, order number, product(s) being returned, and the reason for your return. We will typically reply within 24-hours with further return instructions. All products being returned to us must be in "like new" condition and contain all original components including the product box and manuals. Please be sure to package all items securely. We are not responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit being returned to us. Please note that we do not accept returns for open screen protectors.

Order Cancellations:

We will make all efforts to cancel any order prior to shipment when possible. Please note that once an order is placed through our website, we are unable to guarantee any order cancellations prior to shipment. If the order has been shipped, we are glad to arrange a return for a refund once the shipment has been delivered.

Non Defective Products:

Any return on a non-defective product will incur a 10% restocking fee unless store credit or an exchange is being issued. We are more than happy to allow you to exchange your unit for a different product at no additional charge. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Defective Products:
